How to use Community Care Resources (CCR)
You can start looking for what you need on the homepage. At the top you will see “Find Services” giving you a choice to look by name or by topic (type of service).
Just to the left you will be directed to search by Keyword, Service Name, Region and/or Postal Code. Keywords are important words that can be used to search for groups of services i.e. nursing, hairdressers, etc.
For more information on selecting keywords click “Help” on the top right. You can also “Browse A-Z” or “Find a Topic” and this will allow you to have a look at some of the services included in CCR. “Advanced Search” allows you to use more information to conduct very specific searches.
